Anyone using our services is understood to have agreed with our terms. This agreement governs your usage of service accessed through an internet browser, tablet, smartphone, mobile device, etc.
1. ) We from the behalf of Samplex24HRM provide multiple arrays of services for perfect online collaboration and management along with presentation tool, spreadsheet, email client, organizer, HRM application, project management application, etc. Our HRM services will be helpful for your individual or business usage.
2. ) You can connect to our HRM services by using any browser that is supported by services.
3. ) As a user of service, you are the only responsible person to obtain access to the internet and other required tools for the usage of services.
4. ) You are free to create and modify the content of your user account.
We might be modifying terms anytime by providing you notice in form of service announcement to your email. If certain crucial changes are to be made by us that affect your rights, then you will be provided a minimum of thirty days prior information. In case our new modification in terms of services does not suit you appropriate, you may terminate your service within this time period. In case of such termination, you will not be entitled to any refund of prepaid fees which you haven't used. Milkyway services hold the right to terminate HRM services anytime without any third party or user’s interference.
Every time when you provide your personal information to Samplex24HRM, it will be administered by Samplex24 HRM privacy policy. Maintaining secrecy and confidentiality of username, password, and other sensitive information is all your responsibility. As you’re solely responsible for all kinds of activities occurring in your account, you agree to inform us immediately in case you realize any kind of unauthorized access in your account.
We disclaim our liability to any sort of damage caused to you as a consequence of unauthorized access of your account.
Your subscription will be automatically renewed after the completion of the period until you do not send a request for cancellation of the subscription.
If you do not want to continue the subscription for next, then you need to inform at least minimum seven days before the date of renewal.
